Plain-language summary of what this site does with your information. BAT Productions LLC ("we") runs this site.
When you finish the quiz and submit the form, we save your name and email, your eight quiz answers, your result stage, how you ranked the seven business areas, and a record of the notice you saw when you submitted. We also save your IP address and browser details (user agent) with that record, the page you were on, and how you arrived (referrer). If you do not submit the form, nothing from the quiz is saved.
To keep your result together with your name, to contact you about Anchor to Architect, to keep proof of what you agreed to, and to protect the site from spam and abuse.
The notice next to the submit button says: "We will save your name and email and may contact you about Anchor to Architect." We keep the exact wording you saw, its version and the time, together with your IP address, so we can show what was agreed. We do not send text messages.
We do not sell your information and do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is stored with service providers that run the site for us: Vercel (website hosting and the form handler) and Supabase (database). They process it only to provide those services.
Your name, email and quiz answers: 24 months after your last activity, then deleted. The consent record (what you agreed to, when, and your IP address): 5 years, because it is our proof of consent. Anti-spam counters: 24 hours. If we use backups, deleted data can remain in them for up to 7 more days. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove your name, email and answers and blank the personal details in the consent record, and we keep only a one-way fingerprint of your email so we do not contact you again.
Email ben@batproductionsllc.com to get a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We will reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.
